Is the 2.6 going to run hotter?

I have seen a few commenters say that the 2.6GHz i7 is going to run hotter and therefore be louder and use more power than the 2.3GHz.

Is that really the case given they are both rated at 47w? I don't want the machine to be sounding like an aircraft taking off with the fans blowing all the time.

Is this just an assumption people have been posting?
