Lately a podcast that I stream from a direct link posted on the provider's website won't load while on 3G. It gives me a play button with a line through it. If I click the same link on Wifi it works as it always has. The shows are about 30 megs each. Has anyone else noticed anything like this?

Is the 3G download limit stricter on 4.3?
