Is the 4G from Target compatible with both VZ and ATT networks?

I got a white 4G from Target. When I asked for the Verizon version, the sales person said that there was only one version and that it is compatible with both networks. True enough, the one I bought from Apple says Verizon on the box sticker, but the one I got from Target does not mention either Verizon or ATT. It simply says:

MD371LL/A iPad Wi-Fi 4G 64GB White

Anyone else get this version?

That's the AT&T/international model. Will not work on Verizon.
