Is the arpeggiator on Logic Pro touch bar even usable?

Has anyone else noticed that the arpeggiator on the MBP touch bar has a fixed time and doesn't adjust to song tempo? Am I missing something? How is this even usable?

I think you need to open the plugin if you want to adjust the parameters. All it does is turn it On or Off. Unlike the Note Repeat it doesn't automatically open up the interface.

Ah I get it now. I didn't realize it was linked to the plugin.
