OK for fun I turned my WiFi off on my M1 Air and sure enough the audio dropouts stopped on my bluetooth headphones. The very second that I reconnected the WiFi, I got another audio dropout despite the music that I was listening to was downloaded to the hard drive. This happened identically from the Spotify app (intel) and the Apple Music app (silicon). The network I was connected to was my routers 5G connection. I then turned off that network and used my routers standard connection (non 5G) and when it connected the music didn't hitch at all, and for the past hour of listening hasn't hitched once, whereas while on the 5G network the audio would cut out every 3-5 minutes at least once. So is it possible that the 5G network is interfering with the bluetooth signal? I mean obviously its possible since its happening. I guess my question is what else can I do other than not use the 5G(faster) network?
