I'm trying to gauge how big the iPhone 6 plus is. So is it roughly same size as htc one?

M8 is smaller, physically and in screen size. LG G3 is more comparable as it's 5.5 but it has damn near no bezels and no physical home button, hence it's smaller than the 6 plus as well.

jesus christ then that's big my m8 is big already now making me re consider and going with the 4.7

Same! I was planning on going with the 4.7" but the downgrade in screen res and battery life has me considering the 5.5". It is huge though!

You want to know how big it is? It is only 4mm shorter than the 6" Lumia 1520 phablet. That is bigger than the Note 4! See iPhone 6+ specs below. And then a full camparo chart I found.

Omg like the note really. What! Ugh the video for the payment on the Maine page doesn't look that huge.

I'm surprised the iPhone is so big, larger than a Note 4.

Worse is Apples smaller display.

Give J. Ive another year and he might be able to compete with Samsung when it comes to making the iPhone compact and sleek like the Note 4.

He may even be able to equal Samsung's ability to offer a more spacious display. That would be a good accomplishment for him.

I wonder if it's worth it to get the 6 plus. I mean the battery is better and I do surf the web a lot

just can't the 4.7 is not to big not to small,i don't watch movies on my phone etc so the 1080p really don't bother me

Except for thickness, the regular iPhone 6 is almost exactly the same height and width as the original HTC One (M7).

The iPhone 6 Plus is roughly the same width as the Galaxy Note 4, but it's a little taller.

Both of those phones should give you a rough idea of how big each iPhone model is.

Best bet is to go to Best Buy/Walmart/other place that sells phones, and try out the 5.5" and 5" models to see which feels better to you. I went to the store and tried out a 5.5" LG phone thinking it would be too small for my small girl hands. Surprisingly, it felt good and I could reach my thumb around the screen almost the entire way one handed. That's how I knew the 6+ would not be too big for me.
