Don't know about Apple but other stores have them and w/ steep discounts. If you want an ATT model they really slashed prices to my surprise.

Must be fun for retailers..some just got there Ipad 3 displays in not long ago..time to take them all away..keep Ipad 2 but the Ipad 4 will have to replace the 3!

Actually, given mine is coming from China right now, I think they're (mostly) going to be new iPads, no pun intended.

I should have clarified, I believe that the remaining new 3rd gen iPads are being sold on the refurb store at a discounted price. I did not mean to infer that only refurb 3rd gens are available.
