Is the iPad 4 the same size as the iPad 3, or will new cases need to be made?

Wondering if new cases will need to be made for the newest iPad revision.
 
I'm not sure how is this related to iPad apps, however, iPad 4th Gen has exactly the same dimensions as previous generation.
