iPhone 12 Is the iPhone 12 64 GB a bad value now?

I have an iPhone XR that is starting to show its age. Last week, I was planning on purchasing a base iPhone 12, but now I am not so sure. Base iPhone 12 with 64 GB storage is $699 while base iPhone 13 with 128 GB is $799.

Am I missing something here? It seems like the iPhone 13 is well worth the $100.

They should remove 64 GB iPhone 11 and 12 variants completely from the lineup.
