iPhone 12 Is the iPhone 12 pro a better value than the iPhone 12 at 256gb?

Is the 12 pro a better value once you factor resale? at 256 its only an additional $150 for the pro model.

What do you guys think?

6gb vs 4gb

stainless steel and matte back (personal preference though)

3rd camera + lidar

that all is worth $150 for me

Apps holding onto memory / pages not refreshing in Safari.

Always will be more future proof with more resource intensive iOS updates that have a lot more features baked in.
