I recently bought this 3 in 1 magsafe charger and seems I'm not getting the 15w charge on my iPhone 13 Pro Max when it's being charged together with my Apple Watch. I also noticed that after both were fully charged, they discharge battery so fast. However when I charged them again using Apple's proprietary chargers, the battery behaved properly.

Yes it’s compatible, and you should get the 15W on iPhone even if the Watch is charging too. I would contact Belkin as there’s maybe an issue with your unit

Can you attach an apple wallet to the watch section and will it stick? No watch but would be nice to put wallet there.
