Hello, I have heard that the iPhone 4S is a world phone. I'm not to sure what that means. Does it means that it is unlocked? I bought it through the carrier if that helps.

If you bought it in the states from a carrier then it isnt unlocked, but if u ordered it online without a carrier then it is unlocked.
If you get it from the middle east it is unlocked, from apple stores in europe they are unlocked as long as no carrier from time of purchase.

If you bought it from a carrier or with a subsidy from the carrier it is locked. What they are meaning by it being a world phone is that it has both CDMA and GSM built into one model, and that only really matters if you are on a CDMA network.

Basically, it's locked if you bought it on a contract or on pay as you go with a certain network, but if you bought it SIM free from Apple or another retailer it's unlocked.

No, its not "naturally" anything.
It is fat free with zero carbs though
If you bought it from your carrier then its not unlocked.
If you got it full price from the Apple store then its factory unlocked.
