Is the iPhone 5C Lens Cover made of Sapphire Crystal material?

Umm, the title says it all. I tried searching, but I didn't get an answer. I was just curious if this part of the iPhone 5 followed the iPhone 5C as I didn't see any advertisement about it. To reiterate:

Is the iPhone 5C lens cover made out of the same sapphire crystal material as on the iPhone 5?
