We are trying to get two 5cs, and according to this http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2425302,00.asp?fullsite=true radio shack is supposed to be giving out $50 gift cards thought Nov. 2nd, but the two stores I tried had no idea what I was talking about.
