Is the iPhone 6s unlocked if it was bought from att website?

i will soon get my iPhone 6s which I pre ordered from att website with full price. Will it be unlocked? Or will I see the unlocked message like others pre ordered from Apple Store when I restore the phone?

I believe that even if you purchase the phone outright at the AT&T store or AT&T Online, it will still be locked, and you have to wait 14 days after to request an unlock.

I think it's 14 days when you receive it.

If the iPhone was purchased at the Apple Store at full price, it does come unlocked.
