Is the Magsafe adapter and AppleCare the same for the new MBP as the old?

I'm looking to pick up an additional AC Adapter to leave at work, and then the AppleCare.

The AppleCare listed for the new MBP has a different part number than the old, but the price is the same.

I can't find any reference to a different part number for the 85w MagSafe, so I am assuming they're the same.

Any confirmation before I order?
