I usually do some graphic stuff like PS,illustrator and surfing the web,

the new 2013 mba has:

5 more battery hours (i do take it outside alot, but 7hours is already good and i can carry a charger)

40%better graphic (i dont play games)

faster wifi speed (actually not noticable for me)

faster ssd speed (old one is already fast,1-2seconds faster doesn't matter to me)

To sum up, it seems the old one already fullfill my need,Is mba2013 worth 200-300 more than old mba2012??

Kind of answering your own question, aren't you? I suppose it could hinge on the battery but besides that, you already know there's not much of a point to you getting it.

Nah you actually still have an upgradeable macbook air, why replace it for stuff you don't really need or will notice.
