Is the MBA & rMBP Screws the Same?

Does anyone own a MBA and rMBP? If you do own both machines can you please confirm whether the MBA screws are compatible or even the exact same as the rMBPs? I'm missing a screw and need to determine if I should just purchase them online from the MBA section. Also, I have already discussed with a genius at the Apple store for a replacement and was told that it would take a month to acquire the kit, which I definitely can't wait and it would cost $39. So if anyone can give me a definite answer of the compatibility it would be much appreciated.

try ifixit.com - they break the machines down and list the parts.

LOL $39 for a screw. I went to my Apple store because I was missing a screw and they gave it to me for free out of warranty
