I went to see the new 2011 MBA at the Apple Store last night. The screen seems to be a bit glossier than the 2010 MBA. Is this correct?

No they are much the same, any differences will be subjective and may be affected by store lighting etc.
However I feel like I'm a victim of identity theft here
