Is the microphone and speaker better on the S2 and S3?

i currently have the S1 and the speaker leaves a lot to be desired.

Also, I'm hoping there's a noticeable difference in the speed of apps loading. Currently my s1 screen will turn off before some of the apps are loaded.

I hope so considering the way it was hyped in the keynote and now the selling points of LTE.

I can't see anywhere that is was actually improved though and no mention of a bigger, larger or better speaker.
