Is the motherboards for all the 15 inch pros the same?

Hey. I am on the verge of buying a macbook pro 15 inch soon and I am wondering if the base macbook pro 15 inch motherboard is the same as the macbook pro with the dual graphics cards, because I might want to eventually upgrade to dual graphics cards (so would that work?). Also I know there is no certain answer to this, but when do you think apple will release the I7 processing macbook pros? Will it be within this year likely? I am not too familiar with Apple's tends in following technology updates.

no, the 15" 2.53 uses a single fan instead of 2

the cooling system is diffrent also.
