All iPads Is the new EDGE harder to lift off the table?

Multiple publications, touts the old iPad knife edge purposely designed that way so it's easy and friendly to pick up.

I notice the Mini and now the Air have more round edges than knife.

How do you feel, versus everyday real life usage? Any preference?

I do find my old ipad easier to pick up off a flat surface, however I wouldn't let that sway my opinion of any ipad in a meaningful manner.

Also this is really only noticeable to me when I have them naked, in their cases I can't really tell.
