Hi guys,

I was considering buying the Nike+ Nano sportkit and was wondering if it is worth purchasing given the fact that I'm a new runner and I only run indoors (on a treadmill) right now. Also, I'm doing the Couch-to-5K program so my running is in intervals right now, meaning the pace (and possibly distance?) info wouldn't be accurate. Is it worth buying right now anyway, or would it be best to wait until I'm running at a steady pace (not doing intervals) and/or running outdoors?

Any thoughts would be appreciated :)

Yeah...

It would work, yes, but as you stated, it won't be that accurate.

I own one but never wear it when I run intervals. I suppose it might save a bit of battery life to wait, but I really don't think it matters much.

Thanks for the input :) I guess I could get it, but just not rely on it for pace/distance info right now? (More use it for the motivation/fun/power song, etc.?)
