Is the only option to restore?

So a few weeks ago I downloaded that Game boy Advanced emulator for iPhone and after 2 days I got bored of it and removed it, when I did, it left behind this and it won't go away, I've held it down an deleted it and tried restarting the phone but it won't go, is a restore all I can do to get rid of it?

can you delete it using itunes or ifunbox> if not you might have to set up as new

On iTunes there's not option for it and I can't see it on iFunbox

I've had this happen before with different apps installed OTA. I don't know how to get rid of the "ghost"

Yep, it hides in a folder. I figure I will do a fresh install of the final iOS7, so I haven't bothered resetting yet.
