Is the price of a refurb iPhone with a 2 year contract?

Hey guys... I was just wondering if anyone knows if you have to sign a 2 year contract to get the refurbished iPhone 4?
 
yes you need a 2 year contract. No I dont think its worth it. I want an iphone 4 really bad but Im gonna hold out til the next one and pay a little more for a new, nicer model.
