Is the Radeon 450 really not much faster than the Iris 550?

Sorry for being a total noob. I'm looking at a bunch of synthetic GPU benchmarks and the frame rate differences seem nominal.

Does the 5-10 frame difference in benchmarks translate to something much more substantial in real life use?

By "real life use" I'm primarily speaking of Adobe Premier and light gaming.

Thanks for your help guys.
 
the radeon 450 is almost double the perf of the Iris 550
