after a week of usage I did notice the display of my new Mini 4 is much more smudge prone than my iPad Air (or my iPhone 5s and 6).
Had they changed something in the oleophobic coating of the new mini 4 ?

I'm noticing the same thing on my new iPad Air 2. I thought it was just me, but maybe not. Perhaps it has something to do with the anti-glare coating that they started using with the laminated displays?

That's my guess... I think it is less effective in keeping the smudge off the screen.
