Is the screen supposed to be flush like the back is?

When you are looking at your phone from the side you can see that the back is flush with the body. Well, my front screen is slightly raised and not flush with the body, and this is the similar case with my brother's phone. I'm not sure if this is a quality control problem or if every phone is like this.

Thank you! Some one told me that wasn't the case, I should've went with my instinct, but I started to get paranoid.
