Is the unlocked iphones out or its still soon to be released?

Since I've basically did my research after replying to some people's "advice" questions here.. I just thought about it, with the high demand of iphone 6+. what if I do the CL sale and make profit and then just wait till they release the unlocked phones and pay out of pocket. permitting that's going to be another release or set of stocks to be released coming up soon. if so, hopefully in a few weeks.

TMobile phones are unlocked. It's out already, but you'll be waiting weeks/months for a 6+ I reckon.
 
No one knows if they'll be in stores, but if I recall, they were available online and still are. Just not for launch day :)
 
I've been doing some research on this.. if you buy tmobile contract free phones from tmobile, it will be locked.. why u asked since it's already been paid for, I don't know, beats me.

if you buy a tmobile contract free phone from apple.com, then it's unlocked. WEIRD.
 
How does this become an issue every year. Any phone bought at the Apple Store at full retail is factory unlocked regardless of carrier I think with the exception of sprint
