I have gotten a part time job doing IT work at my college and because of my job at hand and lack of communication outside of it, I have been in need of a phone that can do everything...without a contract (i don't like contracts). I've been eyeballing the Android phones for T-Mobile, mostly the Nexus One because it offers so many features and capabilities made for a person like me (needs to stay connected 24/7 via voice, email, social networking, etc).

If i get a Nexus One i plan on using it with T-mobiles even more plus plans that don't need an annual contract. i've never bought an "expensive" unlocked phone before so i was wondering if you guys think the Nexus One unlocked is worth the price or if i should reconsider something else. Thanks!

You could get an unlocked 16GB 3G iPhone for that, but it'd probably be used.

If you're happy with the Nexus one features, I'd say go ahead with it!

Heck, you get the interactive background don't you? ;)
