Is the USB hub on Apples USB keyboard 2.0? Will devices connected to the usb ports on the back of the keyboard work at 2.0 speed?
It's the white USB one. Bought in 2005.

System Requirements.
Two USB ports required.
The USB 2.0 Keyboard has two USB plugs - One connects the Keyboard and USB 1.1 hub to your computer, and the second connects the USB 2.0 Dock directly to a USB 2.0 port on your computer, providing full power and speed to the Dock.
Well it should run without the second cord plugged in. You just won't get any power.IanC said:Meh - I dont mind unpowered ports, as long as they would be USB2
