So a couple days ago i dropped my phone from literally 5 inches off the ground straight onto a metal bottle of mousse. Yes I am stupid haha I have no idea how it happened but it did. Anyway it cracked the screen but now for some reason my home button isn't working to turn on the screen (like i have to use the top button). So I know this is probably a dumb question but is the warranty void now because I cracked the screen? I was okay with the screen being cracked really because it's just above like the ear piece and doesn't really bother me but I hate using the top button because I already had to exchange an iPhone once for that button breaking.

yeah if there is physical damage, consider the warranty void...unless you can somehow convince them that the broken screen is a separate issue from the malfunctioning home button...good luck to you..build youself a good case before walking into an apple store!
