is the Weather widget supposed to be animated?

I swear I seen the weather effects animate when Tiger was introduced by Steve. But mine doesnt :-(

Some of them are - the fog is definitely animated. You can scroll through the types of whether by holding down Command and Alt and clicking on the widget. Scroll to the fog and see if that is animated for you.

I think there's only one animation that is part of the weather widget.
