Has anyone checked out the site Pipl ?

It is scary how much info you can find on there!

You can do a background check on anyone and see
any details about a person!

Is this Legal at all ?

Yep. It's all public record. One night I went to see what I could find out about myself online if I really tried (past a simple google search) and you'd be amazed what is readily available online... but good news is I found that some agency owed my dad like $200 so he was happy...
