iPod touch Is ther a software that back's up iPod touch music including album art?

Hey All ..
I am going to update my iPod to 2.2 version, so all the songs will be erased. I dont have them in my iTunes library as well, so is there a software that will backup my whole songs with the album information and art to my pc then back again through iTunes?

I heared about CopyTrans, but i need a crack to is, anyone has it?
or is there a better program?
