Is there a app to let me erase content on my MBA

I'm selling my mba to a friend but I don't want to do a complete restore. I just want to delete all the personal information(passwords, itunes media, photo, videos, any sensitive information) I know I should do a complete restore but I lost my reinstall drive and plus it would be a pain to install lion again.

You could make a new account called admin and then just delete your own account from that.

Remove all of the information that you want
Go to disk utilities
Click on your hard drive
Run free space erase
It will probably take overnight to finish (be on the power supply)
