Is there a app/tweak to move photos to exsisting albums?

Anyone know of a app/hack or anything that allows you to move pictures from the camera roll, to already existing albums?

I have photo Albums+ which lets you move to albums it's created, problem there is all my photo's are organised into albums. And it wont let me create an album and move photos from already existing albums to the newly created ones, you can only move from the camera roll.

I want to be able to move photos from my camera roll to the albums I have already created.

Is this possible at all |(without itunes))

so sorry - don't know how i missed that (or i did read it, just didn't process it)

AFAIK that's the only available 'option'.
