I'm also wondering if either of them AUTO syncs with dropbox, so you don't have to manually press sync ???

Both apps sync with Dropbox by pressing "Sync" button. Add any markups and sync files if you want to update them. So far there is no auto sync. However or me it's more convenient to sync manually, thus I chose when exactly I need the file to be updated with the Dropbox of corporate online storage.
