Is there a black verson of the normal iphone theme?

Keeping the normal iphone theme but black so like a black keyboard and black at the top of the settings app etc? or maybe other colours like brushed metal or red etc but just keeping the overall look of the default iphone theme.

I haven't jailbroken my iphone but what what sparked my interest was this flashlight app I have that lets you play music in the app and when you choose to look at your music library through the app they have it all looking nice with a black theme http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/everlight-free-flashlight/id387059870?mt=8#

I know people use winterboard from cydia but when I had a look at it awhile ago on an ipod touch it didn't seem to show good examples or have catagories of the themes, well overall cydia looks like a pile of junk to me. So where exactly is a good place to view the themes/icons? then simply install them on the phone.
