i'm also interested in this:D Is the glossy display coated with something ? what type of liquids shouldn't we use while cleaning them ? besides windex ( ammonia , alcohol etc)

I don't think so
I have a late 2009 13". The glass is quite reflective, and it doesn't show the characteristic green or blue reflection that you get with anti-reflection coatings.

I am looking at the reflection of a sunlit window in my MBP screen. The reflection does not have any colour shifts and is quite bright. Looking at the same reflection in my AR coated spectacles shows a reflection which is very much dimmer and is a pronounced green colour.

Now my old 2006 Whitebook has a "plain" glossy LCD screen without the glass in front. It looks like this model has an AR coat on the LCD. Reflections are dimmer than in my MBP and have a blue tint.

As for cleaning, I use Windex. IMHO it's fine, it's just a piece of glass. Never had any problems yet.
