Thanks, just got the macbook and I am use to the whole right click thing to copy and paste. Is there some gesture that works similar to a right click on a mouse.

By default if you click with two fingers it is a right click

basically just think of command instead of control from now on and youll be good. also, if you really want to take advantage of osx, try using spaces to divide your work into separate desktops and then switch between them using multitouch gestures

If you go into Settings (icon looks like a bunch of gears), you can specify how you'd like to access the "right click" menu. For instance, I access it on mine by tapping two fingers but others will have a particular corner of the trackpad set for this purpose.

I personally use the bottom left hand corner of the trackpad for a left click and the bottom right hand corner as a right click.

a very good resource for keyboard and virtually all the features is right at your finger tips. click on the
Apple icon (top left)>About this Mac>More Info>Support Info>OS X Support(Grey bar top right)>Help Center>Learn Essentials
This will walk you through all the keyboard shortcut and features of your MBP. Helped me do this screen shot. There may be an easier way i'm just too new.

I'd never go back to "right click." I've found the two finger tap to be perfect. I miss it anytime I'm on a Windows machine now.

I also love the three finger drag instead of click and drag.

In fact, with single tap turned on, I almost never physically "click" the trackpad.

Thanks for all the tips. They have been very helpful. I have had a mac before just not a laptop with a touchpad so I am still learning the multitouch gestures. Thanks again everyone!!
