Is there a Cydia App that allows moving the moviewindow in portrait mode up and down?

I'm thinking of a functionality/movability kind of like the onscreen keyboard on the ipad. You know?

When I'm watching a movie in bed, i'd really like to have the window up on top of the screen, not in the middle - so it doesn't get covered by my blanket.

Same goes for the ipad.

Anybody? Nothing out there? Someone told me, XBMC might do the job, but i dont know how, to be honest.

No hacks to do that AFAIK
You could try to get a smaller blanket or set up your iPhone higher than now.
