Depends on what you are doing with it. But 100$ for a CPU and GPU upgrade?! I'd do it!

what model are you going for? if you take the Iris Pro only version it has a eDRAM with 128MB. It can use up to 1GB of RAM but it has no dedicated VRAM like the GT 750M has (2GB)
