I was curious if there was a difference between the Belkin glass screen protectors you can buy and have installed at the Apple Store for the iPhone 6/6s and iPhone 7?

I had originally purchased one for my 6s when they first came out near the beginning of 2016 but the glass protector had very sharp edges, developed scratches easily, and the oleophobic coating wore off pretty quick.

I remember seeing on the forum though one post about how the new generation Belkin protectors for the iPhone 7 might be improved with curved edges and better coating but can't remember where I saw it.

It also seems like the ones for the iPhone 7 are $5 more ($40 total) than the 6/6s version... so I would hope there would be some improvements between the two to justify this price increase?

The main reason I'm considering the Belkin protector again is that pretty much every other screen protectors either has the dreaded halo effect around the edge where the screen starts to curve, or even 3D screen protectors like the IceMax 3D has the issue of not enough adhesive around the edges so a bunch of crap builds up in between the screen protector and screen over time.

Thanks for your input :)
