Is there a Firefox-equivelent plugin similar to Safari's Activity Window?

I've found some great uses for downloading videos off the net with Safari's Activity Window. I get the flv link that way, it's easier for sites that keepvid.com does not support.

However I don't use Safari because I use Firefox. Does anyone know if there's something like that in Firefox?

Otherwise I'd just have to go to Safari and paste in the URL, copy the link in Activity Window and go back to Firefox and download. and no, please don't convince me to make Safari my favourite browser...

Actually, there is an extension that gets media off a page, like the flv off a youtube page. It is called UnPlug. For FF3: UnPlug

Has anyone found a solution for FF 3.0.4 and UnPlug? It doesn't work with the latest update...
