Is there a fix utility for iPhone like mac?

I have reset the iphone 5 c many times and its still doing the same
things as before....has anyone made a utility like the disk utility in the Mac.
The reset is suppose to bring everything back to default but its not working.
There would be a great business opportunity for someone to write on...everyone would buy it.
the Iphone 5C is more troublesome as Mac OS-7

No, there is no utility as you would like. Did you reset as new or did you use your back up?

Your statement assumes Apple would allow it. That kind of 'opportunity' requires access to the file system, a permission Apple will never grant. So, while it may be an idea it will never happen.

The truth of my words is the evidence that one does NOT exist now. If Apple allowed it then we wouldn't be discussing this because your idea is not a new one.

Doing what same things as before?
There is a utility and it's called restore with iTunes and setup as new phone. That will fix any software issues.
