Is there a good auto mouse click software for Mac?

I have carpal tunnel syndrome that is aggravated by two much mouse clicking. On the PC there is software that will click the mouse automatically when you hover over something. Does anyone know of a mac version, Ive been scouring the internet but cant find one. Thanks.

What is the software called on your pc? Look for it by name but search for the word os x and/or mac.
