Is there a iPad to iPad shared desktop app that does this?

I want to be able to show a slide, or picture or document on my iPad, to another person with an iPad. I want to be able to move an arrow around with my finger on my device, as I describe something to the other user who is watching on their iPad.

Kind of like a shared desktop, but iPad to iPad.

Does such an app exist?
