No. The jailbreak devs are waiting for ios7 to drop the next jailbreak.

Thank you. What about those hardware solutions? Last year it was Gevey, I don't know what's "in" these days.

The gevey will work, or any other turbo sim. It just depends on whether it supports the firmware your iPhone is on.
