Is there a jailbreak tweak for iPhone video camera bitrate?

The standard 1080p video camera bitrate on an iPhone is around ~20-25mbps which is sort of really high. I just wanted to know if there is a tweak that can make the iPhone record video at around 5mbps to save disk space?
